Reconnect with your internal compass.
Our psychotherapeutic relationship offers a space to slow down, listen inward, and reconnect with the parts of yourself that may have become difficult to hear. Together, we explore the patterns that keep you adapting, hesitating, or holding back, while cultivating greater clarity, authenticity, and self-trust.
Serving adolescents and adults, both individuals and couples, in Manhattan, Westchester, and throughout New York via telehealth.
Find your way back to yourself
You may notice yourself minimizing your needs, hiding parts of who you are, or moving through life trying to live up to others' expectations rather than tuning into your own desires and intuition. Therapy can offer a space to slow down and listen more deeply, with curiosity rather than judgment. Together, we explore the patterns that keep you feeling constrained or disconnected, while helping you reconnect with your own voice, authority, and embodied sense of direction.
A therapy rooted in reflection, intuition, and embodiment
My psychotherapeutic work is shaped by Internal Family Systems theory, psychoanalytic thinking, breathwork, meditation, and yoga. These approaches support a process of intentionally listening inward, getting to know the different parts of yourself, and reconnecting with your internal compass that can become hard to access during periods of stress, change, or disconnection.
Ways to Work Together
-
Individual Therapy
Individual therapy offers a space to better understand the patterns, parts of self, and internalized relationships that shape your inner life. Together, we explore what feels stuck or hidden, while supporting a more compassionate and trustworthy relationship with yourself.
-
Couples Therapy
Couples therapy can help partners slow down reactive patterns, speak more honestly, listen more intentionally, and better understand what each person is carrying into the relationship. The work creates space for communication, emotional awareness, and a deeper sense of connection.
-
Breathwork
Breathwork offers a body-based practice to access emotion, presence, and inner knowing. Sessions begin with an exploration of what feelings or life circumstances need attention, followed by the active breathwork, and culminating with a period of rest. This breathing meditation supports emotional release, nervous system regulation, and a deeper connection to yourself.
