Breathwork
Breathwork is a body-based healing practice that can help bring awareness to emotions, sensations, and inner experiences that are difficult to reach through words alone. In my work, breathwork is connected to the larger therapeutic process, supporting emotional release, embodiment, and a deeper relationship with yourself.
What to expect
In each session, we begin by exploring what is alive for you in the moment. From there, we move into an active pranayama breathing practice, followed by a period of rest and integration. The process is spacious and collaborative, with attention to what feels supportive for your body and nervous system.
How breathwork supports therapy
Talk therapy helps us reflect, understand, and make meaning. Breathwork can help bring that process into the body, allowing emotions and sensations to move in a different way. Together, these forms of work can support integration, aliveness, and a more regulated nervous system.
Future breathwork groups
I am currently exploring future breathwork groups, including online and possibly in-person offerings. If you would like to hear about upcoming groups, you can join my mailing list for updates.
Individual breathwork sessions are one hour and may be available in person or by video, depending on fit and current availability.
