When your life feels smaller
than you truly are
Something inside you senses there is more — more voice, more presence, more aliveness — yet in your relationships, work or creative life, you find yourself adapting, hesitating, or holding back.
You may notice yourself minimizing or hiding parts of you who are — patterns that often began as ways of surviving, belonging, or keeping the peace. Many of the patterns that keep us playing small grew out of early wounds or relational trauma. Over time, these adaptations can leave you feeling constrained, unseen, or disconnected from your own authority and gifts.
Therapy can be a space to explore these patterns with curiosity and compassion. Together, we gently challenge what’s holding you back, help you reclaim your inner compass, and open to a life lived with greater freedom, vitality and embodied presence. I work with both individuals and couples.
